I hold a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT).
Before launching Combs Coaching & Consulting Group, I spent 17 years at Lockheed Martin as an International Contracts Manager, navigating high-stakes negotiations and global compliance. In the final stretch of my corporate career, I stepped into a formal leadership role, managing a team of five professionals. That chapter was intense—challenging, yes—but also deeply rewarding. It taught me firsthand what it means to lead under pressure, support a team, and stay grounded in fast-paced environments.
Now, I bring that experience to coaching—translating corporate lessons into practical, real-world guidance for everyday professionals who want clarity, confidence, and results.

Coaching is about forward motion. It’s not therapy — we’re not unpacking childhood trauma or diagnosing anything.
What I offer is a structured, strategic partnership focused on helping you get clear, make decisions, and take action. You bring the goals, the grit, and the willingness to show up. I bring the tools, the accountability, and the real talk.
Let’s be blunt, this only works if you put in the work. Coaching isn’t magic, and it’s not passive. If you’re looking for someone to fix things for you, this isn’t it. But if you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and move the needle — I’ve got you.
-
Anyone! My specialty is Career Coaching where I work with individual contributors, first-time leaders, and everyday professionals who want practical support without the corporate fluff.

Great question. If you've ever sat through a meeting where someone said:
“Let’s circle back.”
Translation: I have no idea what to say right now, but I want to sound engaged.
“We need to shift the paradigm.”
Translation: I read a business book once and now I say this to sound visionary.
“Low-hanging fruit.”
Translation: Easy wins we’ll never actually pursue.
“Let’s take this offline.”
Translation: I don’t want to talk about this in front of people who know what they’re doing.
“We’re building synergy across verticals.”
Translation: We’re having meetings about meetings.
“Let’s not reinvent the wheel.”
Translation: I’m about to copy-paste someone else’s work.
“We’re in a dynamic environment.”
Translation: Everything’s on fire, but we’re pretending it’s fine.
“We need to leverage our core competencies.”
Translation: I don’t know what we’re good at, but I’m going to say this anyway.
“We’re aligning on deliverables.”
Translation: No one knows who’s doing what, but we’re pretending we do.

Of course! I get it, sometimes we’re having a bad hair day, or you simply don’t feel comfortable chatting on camera.
When you book your appointment, you will be given a form to fill out in advance. Please make sure to note that you prefer to have cameras off during your session.
-
No problem—you can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled session.
Simply click on the Change/Cancel button within your initial confirmation/reminder email to reschedule. All sales are final, but I’m flexible when you communicate early.

Single sessions start at $125 for one hour. I also offer discounted packages for ongoing support. Make sure to click on our “Services” link at the top of the webpage for more information.
-
Packages include multiple sessions, continuity between meetings, and tailored strategies based on your goals. You’ll save money and build momentum.
For example, if you wanted coaching on interviewing for a job, we could spend the first session reviewing your resume and interview prep, the second session performing a mock interview with feedback, and the third session preparing for salary negotiations.
-
No. All sales are final.
If you need to reschedule, please reference the “What if I need to reschedule” question listed above.
-
Absolutely. Everything we discuss stays between us, unless required by law.
-
Not unless we both agree in writing. Your privacy and trust matter.
To help keep meetings productive and focused, I use Zoom’s built-in AI Companion to create quick summaries and highlight key discussion points. This lets me stay fully engaged in our conversation while ensuring no important details are missed. The tool does not record or store audio or video, and all summaries are generated securely from temporary, real-time transcription only.
For more information on Zoom’s AI companion, please visit www.zoom.com.

Possibly — but only if your coaching sessions are prescribed by a licensed medical provider to treat or prevent a specific health condition.
Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) can only be used for IRS-qualified medical expenses. Coaching services may qualify if your doctor provides a written statement confirming that your sessions are essential for managing a diagnosed condition (such as anxiety, obesity, or chronic stress).
Without that documentation, coaching is considered a general wellness or personal development expense — and not reimbursable under HSA rules.
Combs Coaching & Consulting Group, LLC does not guarantee that coaching services will be reimbursable under your HSA plan. Eligibility depends on your provider’s policies, IRS guidelines, and the documentation you submit. We recommend consulting your HSA administrator or tax advisor before using HSA funds.
